  Zero stars! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever fought with! Told me I needed "prior auth" for a new script of a med I've been on for nearly 10 years, that I've never needed prior auth for! Called my insurance company and found out they had NOT even submitted it! When I made them "re"submit it it MAGICALLY went thru! Without prior auth needed! My insurance just cut cvs and enrolled this hell hole! Another script I dropped off a few days ago. Rather than the pharmacist, who took my paper script, looking at it while I was there, he left me a message hours later notifying me that the script was expired. So when I call to ask why the tech has no idea, doesn't know how long they are good for, either. I despise this pharmacy and I haven't even filled one medication here yet!
