  Where do I start? Well, it seems that Dr. Saini office can't keep an appointment. I've taken off of work twice to been seen ( I have a very uncomfortable rash all down my back and shoulders) and I get phone calls back from them at the last minute that I can't be seen. Today I got a call at 4 o'clock saying I need to reschedule. I made this appointment 5 weeks ago and they called me yesterday confirming it. When I called back I spoke to a woman named Kristi on the phone. She was polite at first saying she was sorry. When I started to state my displeasure and wanted to know how we were going to make this right she told me, and I quote, "I'm sorry you're going to have to find another Dermatologist. We aren't going to be able to help you anymore" If that is how its going to be I guess Dr. Saini has enough money and doesn't need mine or any of my friends and families. I will be telling everyone who needs a dermatologist to not visit Dr. Saini's office. As for you Dr. Saini, I think you need to re-evaluate the employees you keep. No patient should ever be told to go somewhere else. Thank you for the wasted time, money and sick leave!
